Assisting parents in providing Christian education for their children.
Providing opportunities for children to grow socially, emotionally, intellectually, physically, and spiritually. Providing opportunities for Christian fellowship with other young families.
Program History St. Andrew Early Childhood Center opened in October of 1992 to meet the increasing congregational and community need for quality Christian child care. Beginning with an enrollment of 13 children, offering preschool, Mother's Day Out (MDO), and full-time daycare, the center quickly outgrew its four classrooms. Recognizing the need to expand not only the facility, but also the programs.
The congregation implemented an after school care program for kindergarten through fifth graders, and added additional space for infant care. The facility is fully licensed by the State of Texas and has a cafeteria, a kitchen and a wonderful shaded playground.
In additional to the care provided throughout the week, St. Andrew understands the need for a nursery during worship service as well. Parents have the opportunity to worship with their child or if the need arises the nursery is available during worship service with a staff person on hand to take care of your child during the service.
If you do not have a place to worship on Sundays, we invite you to join us at 9:30 am for service. And at 10:45 am for Bible Study. If you choose to became a member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church and attend worship regularly, a discount to your tuition can be applied.
